Other than the content you own, under these Terms, WRC and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website. You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.

We value your privacy. We collect non-identifying information through log data to improve our services. Data security is prioritized but we cannot guarantee absolute security. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in this Privacy Policy.
In no event shall WRC, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website, whether such liability is under contract, tort, or otherwise.
WRC offers a limited refund policy. Refunds may be granted for products that have not been activated or used. The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus an administration fee and payment processor fee, which together may total up to 50% of the original payment price. Once a product is activated, it is deemed used and is not eligible for a refund. All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
Licenses or user accounts must be obtained through our official payment system. Licenses are valid for use on a single device unless otherwise authorized by our team. Accounts may be suspended or terminated without refund for unauthorized sharing, issuing chargebacks or disputes, misuse of the software, or abusive behavior.
You must accept all terms of the EULA to download, install, or use the Software. WRC retains full ownership of, and all rights to, the Software. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Software. Violating the EULA will result in revocation of your license.
WRC reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.
